Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the way to create this positive
impact and bring value to the community. CSR is the idea that a
company should play a positive role in the community and consider the
environmental and social impact of business decisions. It is closely linked
to sustainability and sustainability is no longer about doing less harm. It’s
about doing more good.

Both of them depicts to create a better world with sustenance and thereby through CSR projects we are able to give back to the society what we truly believe in.
CSR initiatives undertaken by the Company
We have supported the project ‘Adopt a Village’ at Village Narayankoti under which various development works at ground level are implemented with support of local villagers and Gram Panchayat and monetary support from various other corporate houses under the aegis of Ministry of Tourism in association with Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board. We provided our assistance and sincere contribution in implementing homestay tourism, health & sanitation, clean drinking water, education of locals etc., and create an impact to the community.
The village of Narayankoti has witnessed severe floods the effects of which are still visible in the form of poor health and growing epidemics. With SLRE Foundation, we have been able to achieve preventive measures and also provide proper sanitation facilities to the community.
As foretold, we believe in maintaining the ecological balance, therefore, we have also been working with charitable trusts to provide medical aid and shelter to birds and animals and in this respect, have contributed to the noble cause of providing medical assistance through Bird & Animal hospital at Sunpura, Noida. This trust has been running ten ambulances & other vehicles to respond to medical emergencies as well.

Planting trees is the most cost-effective way to tackle urban air pollution, which is a growing problem for many cities. With this belief, we have been a part of the Plantation and Prevention of Environment pollution drive in Delhi-NCR to do our bit in conserving nature and maintaining the ecological balance for the sustainability of humankind, taken forward by Akashiganga Foundation.
We have also actively participated against the government proposal of cutting down of more than 10,000 trees in the Thano range, Dehradun for the expansion of Dehradun’s Airport.
We aim to continue creating awareness towards conservation of wildlife and plants to maintain a proper balance of the ecosystem. Further, we are planning to also create an impact to our reforestation initiative by planting more trees and educating the importance of forests and the threats they face.
We firmly believe in the quote by Nelson Mandela – “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
Education has the transformative power to change the lives of the community, more specifically, the underprivileged children. We have been a constant driving force in building that change by providing financial aid to Indraprastha Global Education & Research Foundation and such other foundations in building a better future for these underprivileged ones.
Our vision is to make education available to every child who dreams to aim higher in life and by that we mean we have been striving to provide all support and assistance to uplift the community, so that we altogether can build a better future for our generations and to come.
Along with education, we aim to provide meals and educational infrastructure support as well to these foundations.
